I read your book and saw myself, page after page. I live in U.S.A. ->Ohio, Not much real wild and untamed lands left- but enough. I seek and investigate the Bigfoot or Sasquatch reports in Ohio. It gives me a chance to go deep into Ohio Woods and like yourself, away from ciites and mankind and become one with nature and the creatures of the area. I don't know if I will ever find my quest - Bigfoot. But for the time, it is a total joy and learning experience, to roam the outdoors and explore the wilds. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for writing your experiences and showing me a better way to explore and enjoy nature. I think you are my Twin on the other side of the world. I do think our body is showing a lot of our frozenness, you can see it in how stiff we keep our upper lip and the rest of our moving parts. I love how you keep focusing us on our breathing, because love is a bit like breathing, soft and deep and life giving. Sometimes when I'm talking to someone I can't help but just beg them to breathe a little more softly or deeply, because the suffering of holding their breath or gasping all day screams so loudly at me. We still have little understanding of the enormous power the energy love carries, we only are beginning to see the top of the iceberg. Nature also has its own energy to contribute if we only tune in and start to notice. There is still a lot of defrosting that needs to happen before we can let in all the beauty that is literally right there in front of us. I am just so grateful that at certain places like this blog, we ARE seeing it and letting it in, we are claiming the beauty Robin IS and that is a huge beginning.
